We went to the Utah State Fair a couple days ago, and had A LOT of fun! There was lots of rides to go on and booths to browse through. My favorite is their photography contest and you can look at all the entries....next year I am going to enter. We had all kinds of food, like homemade ice cream, fudge, and corn on the cob. Mckay and Kylin liked looking at all the different animals too. The big pigs are Mckays favorite, even though they STINK so bad. I couldn't get Mckay to ride a horse this year though, he said he just didn't want to . But, it was a fun day and a Howe family tradition to go to this every year.

We have wanted to do this thing every year...and finally we did. It was SO much fun. It is a high jumping ride thingy :) There is a huge pontoon trampoline jumper thing below you and you are hooked to cables that are really bouncy. You can't tell how high up we are but, you jump SO high it's way up there...this is my zoom lense.
I was a little scared at first because you jump so high and are almost weightless. Then I got over it and started doing back flips and stuff. The guy let us go for as long as we wanted. He kept grabbing my legs and pulling me all the way to the ground so then I would shoot up to the sky. It is a big workout though. I was sore the next day.
Can you see how swollen the side of Mckay's face is...his eye is almost swollen shut. I think that he is allergic to mosquito's. He was a trooper and didn't even complain about it.
